Each individual is permitted to hold only one superjili Account. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. superjili employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, superjili reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
superjili is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
superjili reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may be suspended.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to superjili is accurate and up to date. You must notify superjili promptly if any of your registered details change. superjili accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your superjili Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
You agree to notify superjili immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. superjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
superjili strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. superjili will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified superjili of unauthorized access in accordance with this section.
superjili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, Philippine bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and Philippine debit cards. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. superjili reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC verification as described in Section 4.3. superjili targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts within five (5) minutes, though processing times may vary depending on payment provider conditions.
superjili reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where superjili has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
All transactions on the superjili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. superjili does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind.
Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. superjili will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any inactivity fee is applied.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by superjili are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Until wagering requirements are fully satisfied, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
superjili reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate Accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers.
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from your Account balance automatically. superjili is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the promotion terms.
All games available on the superjili Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

superjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
superjili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. superjili disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude superjili's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
superjili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or business decisions.
Upon termination of your Account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any applicable fees.
Where your Account is terminated due to breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited activity — superjili reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in your Account.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting superjili's support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to you following completion of applicable verification procedures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the superjili Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
