• Account data — retained for the duration of your Account and for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, in compliance with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements;
• Transaction records — retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction;
• KYC verification documents — retained for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure;
• Support communications — retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication;
• Marketing consent records — retained until you withdraw consent, plus a reasonable period thereafter for compliance purposes.

Where personal data is no longer required, superjili will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

10 Data Security

superjili implements a range of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform;
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including financial data and identity documents;

11 Your Data Rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by superjili:

Please note that certain rights are subject to limitations under applicable law. For example, superjili may be unable to delete personal data that it is legally required to retain for anti-money laundering or gaming regulatory compliance purposes.

12 Children's Privacy

The superjili Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. superjili does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If superjili becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated Account.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered an Account on the superjili Platform, please contact our support team immediately so that we can take appropriate action.

13 International Data Transfers

superjili's primary operations are based in the Philippines. However, some of our third-party service providers — including cloud hosting and identity verification providers — may process personal data in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

superjili reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Where changes are material, superjili will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the superjili Platform following the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the updated Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
